See you again next year

Thanks to everyone who turned up for the AR Summer Gathering from 5th to 8th August and helped to make it a great weekend.

Attendance was well up on the previous year, over 150 over the weekend, including many new activists and many who were at their first gathering. The weather was mostly very good, just a couple of sharp showers, but most of the time it was warm and sunny.

Feedback

If you attended then please send in your feedback about what was good and what could be improved for next time. Planning will soon begin for next year's gatherings, so any feedback will enable those who get involved to learn lessons and improve the events in the future.

Gathering planning meeting

Speaking of which, if you want to get involved in helping to plan the gatherings, the date for the next planning meeting has been set for the weekend of 22nd and 23rd October, exact time and place to be decided. If you are interested in getting involved, get in touch and we'll keep you informed.
